IMG_0024Tree Conservancy of Darien has planted over 500 trees throughout town, including: the Spring Grove and Veterans Cemeteries, I-95 Exit 11 and Exit 13 areas, the Darien train station along Squab Lane, multiple areas along Ledge Road, at Weed and Pear Tree Point Beaches and Town Hall.

The Annual Tree Sale has sold 278 native trees over the last seven years. In addition, our Give a Tree program offers residents and organizations a unique way to have a special tree planted and maintained on town property.

We have donated trees to: all of Darien’s public schools, Post 53, Darien Community Association, Bird Sanctuary at DCA, First Congregational Church, Darien Nature Center, Selleck’s Woods, Olsen Woods, Beautification Commission, Tilley Pond Park, and Center Street north and south parking lots.
